Rainbow Dash - Summer Dressby *KibbieTheGreat

So earlier this month my friend Shadowstone drew my oc with a turtle. I thought I'd re-pay her back by doing something she's done with her drawings before. She always draws ponies with really snazzy outfits. I figured I'd do the same with a rainbow dash vector I found that had the PSD file linked on the fav link (also the original vector is below). This vector will be used in a wallpaper coming soon.
